This is a book about choices, about life and how we must face the difficulties that are placed before us. At the beginning I thought that this will be another story set in high school full with teenage drama, something like the movie Mean Girls, but I was never more wrong in my life. The novel shows us an adult woman named Amanda. She is going into a rehab for several days. During the time in rehab she shares her story. The story itself is told through the eyes of younger Amanda. We are able to see Amanda when she is young, see the hardships she must endure and overcome. Of course it won’t be fun if there aren’t any boys so we meet Braden and Tanner. Through the course of the book I fell in love with the characters. The author has done a wonderful job in creating the characters. They are truly believable. This book is a great read. And all this is just the beginning, the book is first in the series.
I received this book as an advanced copy for review.
I give the book 5 stars and strongly recommend it.
